PRIVACY POLICY
What we do with your details.
Short, because this site does very little. No accounts, no database, no advertising trackers — one contact form and an inbox.

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, a budget range and your message.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, identity documents, or anything else sensitive. Never send those through this form.
How it reaches us
The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the submission to our email inbox. Your message travels over an encrypted connection and is handled under that provider's own privacy terms.
This website is a static site. It has no database and no accounts — there is nowhere on it for your information to be stored.
What we do with it
We reply to you, and we use what you told us to scope and quote the work. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.
Cookies and tracking
We set no advertising or profiling cookies. There is no cross-site tracking pixel on this site.
Our host, Cloudflare, records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, browser type — for security and abuse prevention. That is infrastructure, not marketing, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful. Project correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards, for accounting and support.
Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it — no form to fill in.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first. We would rather fix it than have you escalate it.
Client project data
During a project you may give us access to your systems, accounts or customer data. We treat that as yours, use it only to do the work, and hand back or revoke access at the end.
If your project involves personal data belonging to your own users, tell us at the scoping stage so we can build accordingly.
Changes and contact
If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
Questions about any of this go to the email address in the footer.
